    EJ Madriaga

    FOUNDER

    EJ is a movement specialist with over a decade of experience in athletic performance training and Pilates. As a former collegiate basketball player and coach, he understands the demands of high-level competition and the importance of strength, agility, and injury prevention. After overcoming personal injuries, he completed 500+ hours in the Qualified Fletcher Pilates Program and earned his NASM certification. EJ blends strength training with Pilates-based core stability, flexibility, and movement efficiency to help athletes and individuals enhance performance, prevent injuries, and build a stronger, more resilient body.

    Catherine Anderson

    CO-FOUNDER

    Catherine is a seasoned Pilates expert with over 25 years of experience, began her journey as a dancer and earned her degree from The University of Arizona. She has owned a top Bay Area Pilates studio, mentored instructors, and worked with clients of all levels, from teens to seniors, specializing in solving complex movement challenges. Continuously advancing her expertise through NASM and Z-Health, Catherine creates customized, neurocentric programs that integrate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Outside the studio, she enjoys time with her four kids, her Labradoodle, and exploring new ways to move and play.

    Young-E

    INSTRUCTOR

    Originally from Korea, Young-E has over 15 years of experience managing professional golfers, inspired by their resilience and determination. Her passion for health and fitness deepened through her Pilates journey, especially during pregnancy and recovery, where it helped alleviate back pain and improve overall well-being. Captivated by the mind-body connection Pilates fosters, she now shares this passion with her clients, aiming to enhance their strength, mobility, and quality of life through mindful movement.
