Instead, you get the flexibility to train at your own pace within a set time frame, all while a professional trainer walks the floor, ensuring proper form, offering tips, and keeping you motivated.
Whether you're a seasoned lifter fine-tuning your technique or someone who loves working independently but wants extra accountability, The Lab gives you the best of both worlds—your workout, with a trainer's watchful eye.
A 30-minute assessment is required prior to joining, so we can tailor your program to your unique needs and aspirations.

In this time-framed circuit format, you’ll move through a variety of exercise stations, including weights, agility drills, TRX, cable machines, and more. Each station is strategically designed to build strength, improve endurance, enhance agility, and boost overall fitness.

Private lessons are highly recommended but not required. It is to provide personalized attention, ensuring proper form, foundational understanding of verbiage, and a strong start to your Pilates journey.
